Restricted Jurisdictions
Last updated: 13 May 2026.
This page lists the jurisdictions to which Next Solutions Corp does not provide the Exchange Services. It is referenced from section 4.1 of the Terms and Conditions and forms part of those Terms.
The list reflects, among other things:
- jurisdictions subject to Canadian sanctions under the United Nations Act, the Special Economic Measures Act and the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act;
- jurisdictions identified by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as high-risk and subject to a call for action;
- regulated markets in which Next Solutions Corp is not authorised to operate; and
- jurisdictions which we have placed outside our risk appetite.
The list is updated to reflect changes in Canadian sanctions law, in FATF guidance, and in our risk appetite. We retain an audited version history; if you need the version applicable to a specific Order, write to compliance@nextsolutionscorp.com.
The Exchange Services are not available to a person who is located in, ordinarily resident in or a citizen of any of the jurisdictions on this list.
