Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13 May 2026.
This Cookie Policy explains how nextsolutionscorp.com (the "Website") uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
For customers located in Quebec, this Policy is to be read consistently with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector ("Quebec Law 25"), which requires explicit consent for the use of technologies that identify, locate or profile a user.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to improve their performance, and to provide information to the people who run the site. We use the word "cookies" in this Policy to refer to cookies and to similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels and local storage.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies for the purposes described below. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you across third-party sites.
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Website to function. They include cookies that let you log in to your Account, keep you within the Order flow, protect against cross-site request forgery and other security threats, allocate you to load-balanced servers, and record your acknowledgement of the on-entry disclaimer.
Without these cookies the Platform cannot operate. You cannot opt out of these cookies; if your browser blocks them, the Website will not work.
2.2 Functional cookies
These cookies improve your experience by remembering choices you have made (for example, your preferred language). You can disable these cookies; some features may then not work as expected.
2.3 Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the Website — for example, which pages are most visited, where people drop out of the Order flow, and which devices and browsers are used. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Website.
Analytics cookies are set only with your consent. You can give, review or withdraw consent through the cookie banner shown on your first visit and through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
The current list of analytics providers we use, and the categories of data they receive, is set out in the cookie banner. We update that list when we change provider.
2.4 No advertising cookies
We do not use cookies for personalised advertising. We do not share data collected through cookies with third-party advertising networks for the purpose of building profiles about you.
3. Third-party cookies
A small number of cookies set on the Website are set by third parties whose services we embed. The most common are:
- Payment-processor cookies set during the card-payment flow by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. These are necessary to process the payment securely.
- Identity-verification provider cookies set during KYC onboarding by the identity-verification provider we use, to conduct the biometric and document checks.
- Support cookies set by our customer-support tooling, to recognise an ongoing conversation.
These cookies are governed by the privacy policies of the relevant third parties.
4. Your choices
On first visit, the Website displays a cookie banner where you can:
- accept all cookies;
- reject non-essential cookies; or
- customise your choice by category.
At any time after that, you can change your choice via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the Website.
Browser controls. Most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete and block cookies through their settings. You can usually find the controls under "Settings" → "Privacy" or "Security".
Note that if you reject all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, the Website will not function: you will not be able to log in, complete a KYC check or place an Order.
5. Cookies and personal data
Some cookies contain or are linked to personal data. Where they do, the Privacy Policy applies. Cookies that do not contain personal data are not subject to the Privacy Policy but are covered by this Policy.
6. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the cookie banner on your next visit. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
